The annual American Legion Family Polar Bear Plunge at Sandy State Park is on January 25, 2013 at 4pm. Please vist the American Legion Family Team page and use the "Join Team" link to register as a plunger.To donate in support of a plunger, use the link on the team members name on our team page.


Please support our Polar Bear Plunge Fundraiser at Tampico Grill on Monday, January 14th from 12PM until closing.40% of total sales will be donated to the plunge. Thank you Tampico's!


The Sons of The American Legion, Southern Maryland District Bull & Shrimp Feast - March 9, from 2 to 6PM. All you can eat: Roast Beef and Steamed Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and Vegetable plus Unlimited Draft Beer and Soft Drinks for $25 per person.


The Sons of The American Legion, Detachment of Maryland National Capaign Cruise - April 21-28, 2013, a seven day Bahamas Cruise from Baltimore on The Carnival Pride.
